Appointments
We prefer appointments so the studio stays calm and each dog has the time they deserve. Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability — call or message first and we will do our best to fit you in.
First visit
Please bring a current rabies vaccination record for your dog’s first appointment. It keeps our space compliant and every guest safer — thank you for having it ready.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes affect other families and our small team; when you can honor the window, it means a great deal.
Who we groom
Joy Dog Grooming welcomes dogs of every size. Our work is guided by coat condition, temperament, and the finish we can hold to our standard. If you are unsure about timing or fit, write to us before you book — we would rather set clear expectations than rush a visit.
